‘The Hijab and I’ is an exploration into the different viewpoints surrounding the Hijab. The contemporary understanding of the hijab is that it is a scarf donned by Muslim women. For them it is a symbol of modesty, choice, faith amongst other things. ‘The Hijab and I’ brings together these conflicting opinions, ultimately concluding “its their choice in the end”.
